GOOD MORNING MY FELLOW ADLANDERS!

I am asking for prayers for a very dear and loving friend of mine here...Venerina Conti! Venerina is just like a sister to me...a special person and friend to many of you as well! But she is not doing very well with the hierniated discs in her neck! She has been in a lot of pain...she has been experiencing a severe migraine that literally caused her to be sick!

I am very concerned about my sweet and dear friend, so I am asking all of you to please keep Venerina in your prayers and ask God to lay His healing hands upon her! I know that through all of our prayers she can feel better!!!

I have these Migraines. IN her case I would
suggest that it is the inflamation of the left
occipital nerve.

I get relief from this with the "Blue Ice" Cold pack
put on the back left side of the head and neck.
