Hello My friends, I am here to share afew thoughts on weight loss. Emphasis on detoxification- I understand the struggles people have with staying fit and healthy. Excessive weight is a symtom of other systems being out of balance, and toxicity is a major conttributing toless vitality and energy. As you look at yourself in the mirror, do you notice new bulges of fat and feel discouraged at not being able to easily get rid of them??? Have you tried everything and only feel hopeless? According to the Bariatric Physicians, "The body naturally manufactures fat in abundance to incarcerate and absorb chemicals and toxins that accumulate over time. As you cleanse the body of toxins, one can expect fat inches to be substantially reduced" The number of harmful toxic chemicals and pollutants is rising daily, and the damaging effects on immunity and all other body systems in unprecedented in history. In a recent study, there were between 27 and 130 known harmful chemical toxins identified in human fat. Yes I agree it takes Detox to get the weight off . After that you will see all the happiness of watching the inches fall by the waist side. It's really cool when you can see those unwanted inches just fall right off of your body. I have just lost 28 lbs in just 5 1/2 months. I have gone down just 3 sizes. Add some exercise to it & WOW.
COOL HEY? I love it you, talk about more energy you feel like a whole new person. Take away those bedtime snacks is a great place to start too ( unnessisary calories).

I agree. Detox is the first step in any Holistic health program to
better health and a healthy body weight.

Body weight is a problem when it interferes with your health.
Self esteem is usually not a good motivation for weight loss.
The number one goal of any health program is to restore
NATURAL health to the body.

The so called normal health in our society today is far off
the mark. People are supprised when they find out how
they are supposed to feel.

If you do not wake up feeling like you could take on the
world, you are not feeling normal.

This is an excellent source of info on how FAT cells work, where they are in our bodies, how they are related to hormones and how to lose weight. Toxins are NOT healthy, and sadly they are all over our environment unforutanetly, but they can NOT cause us to be overweight or "fat"... http://home.howstuffworks.com/fat-cell.htm Weight loss is simply good ole LESS calories IN than expended thru normal body fnctions and exersie OUR... Absolutely minimize your exposure to toxic chemicals as it's good for your overall health. Eat a balanced ADA type of diet, and get 30 minutes or some form of aerobic exercise daily.... and yes, walking at a brisk pace is WONDERFUL exercise.
