	Yep, life sure is tough! I've had the very similar experience at McDonald's, I wanted a dozen nuggets. Boy had no idea what a dozen was. I'm sure glad I didn't ask for a gross! My dad and grandmother always told me to never underestimate the stupidity of people. But, I still do! Kate
