The very fact that this site charges a joining fee of $19.99 to become a member, on the promise of 'quality page views and pre-qualiified buying visitors' to your websites and then teaches the other members how to avoid actually having to look at your site is where the SCAM in this lies.

They are asking you to pay for something (remember, it costs $19.99 to join) that you are are not going to receive from them.
