Hello Bogdan,Today is a very sad day in the Internet marketing World and to mony others that knew Cory "Perry Marshall" Add to Address Book To: "Magdalena" Subject: Corey Rudl, 1970-2005 Date: Fri, 3 Jun 2005 15:48:13 -0400 Magdalena, I'm very sad to report that an Internet marketing legend has passed from our midst. Last night Corey Rudl died in a racing accident in San Jose, California. He was killed instantly when his Porsche struck a barrier. I only met Corey once, in fact it was only a few weeks ago. He came up to me at a seminar and introduced himself. That was an honor, because Corey played a very significant role in my own marketing education, especially in the early years. His was the first "Internet Marketing" product I ever bought, back in 1998 if memory serves. I learned a lot from his email newsletter, and many practices he pioneered are standard today. He was one of the very first people on the planet to build an affiliate program, and he was the first to apply many offline DM methods to online marketing. All of us will miss him. I hope you'll take a moment of silence to be thankful for the influence of an industry leader, and to remember the brevity of life. It is precious. If you would like to send his family or staff your condolences, the address is 1123 Fir Ave Blaine, WA 98230 Sincerely, Perry Marshall 1508 Ridgeland Avenue | Chicago IL 60402 Brightest Blessings, Magdalena

Bogdan, I like this quote a lot. It will go into the keeper bin. This is better than the lemons to lemonaid deal. Bogdan and all, A "firm foundation" begins with knowledge. Knowledge of yourself and your capabilities is a good place to start. Then it becomes time to learn - AND - to never quit learning. Try to learn a little bit about everything you can and as much as you can about the things in life that interest you most - the ones that will form the basis of how you live your life when it comes to health, love, friendship, occupation, money, etc. With the bricks that have been thrown at me through the course of my life to this point, the wall has been built. I'm starting to look over top, but still have the odd brick thrown at me and added to the top of the wall to get over. Sooner or later I'll see the other side of the wall :-) Sincerely, Max Welton Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada
