Thank you for your comments and I couldn't agree with you more! Many people start a business blindly and therefore fail. If they had the leadership ability then quite possibility they would have been successful instead.

Yes, we should never stop learning! As the saying goes, "KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!" That statement is so very true!
