Hi Dave, It's not often I get to the east coast to beach fish for Atlantic Salmon, but it is my favorite fish to catch and I love the time on the beach. I will have to try it with trout ,which is local ! I think I would have more trouble getting the maple and alder here...lol. I have copied it and will give it a try! Hi Leanne, You have a lot of very nice fruit trees and others I'm not completely familiar with that would likely give you some very nice smoke. I don't think I'd try the tea tree, though.... God bless, Dave
