Dave is absolutely right.  Good health starts with common sense, and there is no supplement for that.  Thank you Dave and glad you are feeling better!

Hello Dave, Thank you for the invitation to your informative forum. I am glad you are back on your feet again. I agree, one should eat a healthy balanced diet, which consists of fruit and vegetables, salads plenty of fluids You can eat quick to prepare meals and junk food but in moderation within the week - this does not mean than a person should solely survive on junk food, and some quick processed boxed meals that are so readily available. When you spread out all these meals I reckon you are eating sensibly yet I see so many people buying up huge amounts of these prepared meals and wonder just how nourishing they really are, especially with the amount of overweight and obese people whom live in America. Take suppliments etc, exercise of a walk in the fresh air will do wonders to blow away the cobwebs and get you out of the house/office into the sunshine which is important for our well being too and with the benefits that sunlight does to our skin and general health. Kind regards Amanda Martin-Shaver

Hello Dave,
Thank you so much for the reminder. It is so easy to cross the line between truth and to much hype. Most people do not mean to do that. Reminders are a good thing.
