This is a great program since it raises money for research on the causes of depression and Suicide. I also lost my son to Suicide in 2001. It is one of the hardest deaths to get over. My recommendation would be that she find a good support group, where she can go and get the support she needs. She is not alone and the things that are happening now is a normal passage throught the night of a 1000 deaths. No one will ever know why they chose to do this, since we are not the ones making the decision, the secret is to accept it and honor their wishes in some manner that gives you comfort and work to go with your life. It is very easy to get stuck and get sick with some life threatening disease. eg: Heart attacks, bleeding ulcers, nervous breakdowns. It is a hard journey to have to travel, but tell her time will make a difference. It has now been 5 years and it is still like yesterday and the pain is still there, not as strong, but still there. We will always love them and they will not be forgotten.
