My name is Ehud Segev, the brother of Nimrod Segev – who was killed a few days ago, on August 9th ,2006, while fighting terrorists. The world got together in a concerted effort to fight the Avian Plague, as it did the Mad Cow Disease, and won. It is up to us to fight the biggest plague that infests today's world – Terrorism. Blind to race, creed, religion, age, political beliefs or location it hits hard and painful. My pain is one of many. Let us be responsible and take the future into our own hands!

THIS JULY-AUGUST 2006 WAR was somthing else .

In 1967 , 1973 or 1982 we the  israeli people didn't suffer like in this war.

In 1991 when saddam throwed his rockets on all Israel population it was not the same we were afraid but didn't suffer so much.

You ask why we accepted the cease fire?  We know exactly what means this impotent UN organization and his UN Secretary General = that didn't say a word against the ahmadinigad's speeches to destroy Israel and US.

The all population in Israel = 7.000.000

1.000.000 israeli people left there homes from all north Israel or stayed  in the  bunkers for a motnh!!!!. About 180 rockets crashing into north Israel every day for 33 days. I live in Haifa and left for some days because one of the rockets destroy a house close to mine.

What about our life and economy?

This is the reason, I think you get out from that Lebanon teritory knowing that it isn't the end.

Hello Michaela,

I agree with you that the conflict between Israel and the Hezbollah is more that what it appears. It is really about a religion trying to make God's word as a declaration that is unreliable.

The reality is that we are called upon to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. This is the city where humanity rejected God's counsel and crucified Jesus.

Jerusalem is also the city to which Jesus shall return and rule over all, including Hezbollah. But if Hamas and their supporters have their way, Jesus will never return and rule on the throne of David.

Like it or not, it is either the Bible is true, or, the opinions of other religions are right. So, without hesitation, I will pray that Hamas and Iran come to the realization that Almighty God has chosen Jerusalem to be central to His promises to mankind.
