Hi Kathy, its Curtis here. The link exchange program is a good idea I feel; even though you get some who say it does no good atall. I don't agree with the latter though. Thats why I have some excellent link exchange sites on my website, they do help in your ratings I believe. Plus Kathy, you should put some *meta tags in your *html, this will help your ratings with the search engines to!
