Hello Ladies,

I would like to thank all of you for your contributions.  This is a highly controversial subject and I thank you for sharing your views. 

I agree that we must use the methods we have available to us to keep healthy.  It is also very important to eat the proper foods, as the giant food companies are feeding us the poison that is growing these tumors and causing other serious health conditions.

Ladies, please get plenty of exercise, eat healthy foods, and choose an overall healthy lifestyle.  By no means do we want to deter anyone from seeking health care that will save lives.

However, for those choosing alternative solutions, the ebooks in the article contain much valued information as to how you can protect yourself by using other methods.

However and most importantly, never neglect your health. 

And don't forget those monthly breast exams.  They are very important.  If you are not familiar with how to do it, a doctor or nurse can inform you of the proper procedure.  These too have been known to save lives.
