Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. We will be helping to get people recognized that should be *A SHINING STAR. All nominations must be in by Saturday and you please tell us why you believe the person deserves to be recognized.

The meaning of the name ROSA;

This name is English and means simply "rose" from the word for the fragrant flower (derived from Latin rosa). However, it may have originally been a short form of names beginning with the Germanic element hros meaning "horse".

Here is ROSA'S bio;

Well, here we go…

My name is Rosa Weber, and I am the 32 year old mother of a beautiful 3 year old boy.

Born and raised in Spain, Europe, I have been living in the USA since I was 18, so I consider myself half American already.

The things I love most, my son and family come first, after which I’d say my passion for travel, foreign languages and international cultures and traditions.

When I was younger I was a travel agent and worked for two travel agencies. Later, I become a Spanish and ESL teacher (English as a second language), and I worked as an American native teacher for 4 years in Wall Street Institute, part of Sylvan Learning Systems.

Finally, once I came back to the States for good, I decided to start my own business and dedicate the rest of my life to my beloved hobby of photography, and so I started Babies on the Go Studios, working mainly with babies and children.

Once I learned html from excellent tutorials online and designed my own website, I discovered a new hobby and what would soon become an extension to my business. And so BG Studios is today a photography studio and a web and graphic design firm.

Now, I am going to College and working on getting a double Major in Internet Technologies and Graphic Design.

Recently married to a great man from Peru, we plan on visiting the Machu Pichu in the near future.

My favorite and next destination after that? Exotic India and the Taj Mahal.

…And my dream and lifetime goal? To become a better and better Christian mother, daughter and wife, and to be blessed to travel all around the world.

In the meantime, I work on living the day to day while becoming wiser, stronger in faith, kinder, and in general a better person to be with.
