You are "merely a person like everyone else".

That's kind of the point here I think.

If you can exhibit  all of the wonderful attributes that have been listed (all the time I might add) then "everyone else" has it in them to be better people by looking at your example.

Your caring and good nature just brings smiles to lots of people and inspires praise from those who are in a position to know.
