Happy to know that you are practicing Ayurveda also.  Being, from Kerala (from India), we Keralites are more inclined towards the "natural medicine" Ayurveda and our State Kerala, play a very important part in the history of Ayurvedic Medicines.

It is more than an honour to have you here in the forum.  It is always a pleasure to see you.

I feel that you should be able to teach me and not the other way around, after all, it is thanks to your beautiful country, and your ancestors, that Ayurveda exists at all.

I can only hope to do justice to this fascinating science and share my knowledge with others, so that they may adopt a little of this art in their everyday living.
