Maybe Im just a foolish dreamer, but I still stand on the verses that I gave you.
I have never needed something that I did not get. It may not have come in the exact manner that I prefered but it came. It may not have come when I wanted it to but it came right on time. Thats why you cant ever throw in the towel. the answer is usually on the way. Maybe the process that will come from another avenue is in process? And it cant present itself until the last minute. Just want to encourage you.

Talk to a Real Estate master, I dont know all of the details but someone within the orgqanization that holds the account has the power to put this on the back of the mortgage. lets say if you come up with a third of it or something. Keep checking.
