Hi Kim,
As I said before you have my prayers that you are successful in saving your home and I would like to offer a few suggestions for raising cash offline.
As a stay at home mom there are dozens of ways to raise quick cash-especially if you are in your own house.

1. Birthday parties - 3 kids=3 sets of froends with birthdays.
    Parents go all out to make special birthday parties for their little ones-can you   rent out your yard space?

Take digital photos of the parties to put on cds to sell to the guests?

2. How about bake sales or candy sales - a 5lb bag of sugar and a couple of cans of evaporated milk can make, candy, cookies etc.

3. Car wash

4.Yard sale

5.Babysitting-how about parents who work at night, all you would have to do is take the kids in and put them to sleep.

6. Buy a few items wholesale and sell at retail - baby tee shirts can be had for as little as .99 cents or less. Get a few an keep turning over the money until it becomes sizeable.

7. It's hot-sell cold water! Cold sodas etc.

8.Sandwich sales-go to a local office building and take lunch orders.

9. Offer to do grocery shopping for other moms who are working out side of their homes, on commission.

Those are just off the top of my head. But there are things you can do with the little ones in tow that will certainly ease the sense of desperation.

Maybe Im just a foolish dreamer,  but I still stand on the verses that I gave you.

I have never needed something that I did not get.  It may not have come in the exact manner that I prefered but it came. It may not have come when I wanted it to but it came right on time. Thats why you cant ever throw in the towel. the answer is usually on the way. Maybe the process that will come from another avenue is in process? And it cant present itself until the last minute. Just want to encourage you.   

With all of the friends that you have here God is listening, I just know hes watching over this issue. I really dont think that your gonna loose your house.

$12,000.00 is a lots of money when you dont have it but, there has got to be one option that some one here knows of that can save it.

Promissary notes work, Who is able to buy the $12,000.00 about with the option of ownership? if its not paid back in one year even.

Thats a good deal. or something like that . 

Talk to a Real Estate master, I dont know all of the details but someone within the orgqanization that holds the account has the power to put this on the back of the mortgage. lets say if you come up with a third of it or something. Keep checking.
