I am sorry that Kim and her family have had such a hard go of it.  I have been in her shoes with facing bankruptcy in the past and it was not a fun experience.

If we all had known of this a few of months ago, we could have helped  more.  There are google type ads on all of her pages and  she could have made a sizeable  payday from a lot of us clicking on her ads.  She has them on every page she has at her site.  I clicked them all except two that were  duplicates.  I know that isn't much help, but it is more than I could pay out of my pocket right now.

Though it is hard to endure the loss of a home, it may just be a blessing in disguise.  If the saying is true... "God will not give us more than we can handle."  then maybe that is what God is trying to tell Kim.  Get out of the fixer-upper and rent a cheaper place and save up some money for an emergency fund.  Then work toward having THE home of your dreams.

Try to get a quick sale and at least get some of the equity out of it before it is sold again on the courthouse steps.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but it appears at this late date to be all that is possible.

Thank You Leon, Actually the ads on the site they are just because I did a site on Tripod..I make nothing from it. As for my house. Even a quick sale is not going to happen. Only because the mortgage company has to approve them. Renting a place in my area is close to the same amoutn we would pay now. I dont think what you said is harsh at all..It was coming from a friend that was being truthful. And I thank you for your honesty. But I am not giving up I have 12 more day..12 days is alot on the internet world. If I can not get all of what is needed I am going to contact them on what I get and see if we can work something out... This whole situation has been eating at me. My stomache is in knots..I cant sleep, and I know I should not let this happen to me but it is ALL I have. I do want to thank those who have helped with some donations and I want to thank those that could not because I know my family is in there prayers. Thank you Adland Family... Kim
