Any "Matrix" or "Chain" or "Randomizer" is just a variation of the classic pyramid. Strictly speaking, without a product to sell or an investment (which would fall under SEC regulation), it's not really a business. It's just members trading money.
I've never been able to get one of these to work. Some people do make money, but most often it's nowhere near the promised returns. Yes, theoretically you could make millions if your chain were 4000 levels deep and everyone you sign up signs up 15 people...but we all know marketing doesn't work that smoothly.
I wouldn't bother with this sort of thing. You have lots of legitimate, solid programs with excellent products that can build you a great business. Pour your energies into that instead.
