I learned the hard way. In my 1st Network marketing company, 6 months after I signed on I learned a disheartening truth. The company had great products! I was building my biz! Exciting times!
Then one day I was going over the P&P.....and I learned that due to the recruiting requiremnts set forth by the compnay.......I could never truely retire from the company. Which to me, was BULL! I was the one who did all that work. I felt I should have the right to that commission NO MATTER WHAT! Even if I decided to take a whole year off right? Well, thats not how they looked at it.
Long story short? Even though I loved the products....I quit the company. I just felt that policy was too unethical and I was not going to associate myself with them. ~END OF STORY~
I guess the message I'm trying to convey here is that everyone should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS look over the "Policies & Procedures" manual BEFORE signing up with any company.
Most reputable compnaies will have a link to them on thier website. If you can't find it...............ASK!
