I think it's very significant that the active community members here at Adland have a body of writing that is linked to their names through the major search engines. If that doesn't hold someone accountable, nothing will. You must speak the truth here...about your business, about your values, about your character...or the truth will out over time. Great question! Great question! I had to think about this one.

Everyone is personally accountable for what they do.  If they lie about something......it will catch up to them.  If they help their people and they build their team honestly & successfully - thier business will reflect that.  There are consequences either way.  "You reap what you sow." 

Honesty and integrity make up the foundation of any successful business!

I know that may not be exactly the answer you were looking for.......but I hope that helps in some way.
