Do you still watch the news on TV and read the newspaper every day?
I stopped watching the news and reading the newspaper more than 15 years ago and I don't miss it at all. Actually, I record most of any TV shows I want to watch so I can speed through commercial and news ads (telling me to be sure and watch the 11 o'clock news so I can see some horrible thing that happened. No thanks!).
A really important thing to remember is that what we are exposed to the last 30 minutes or so before we go to sleep is what our brain focuses on while we are sleeping.
So, just before bedtime is a great time to meditate or read something motivational.
Remove negative influences from your life and watch your life become more positive.
