Really interesting information and really weird. 

Here at Puerto Rico the traffic jams are on the mornings and to the capital San Juan and out of there at the noons and is said that more people live at the towns than at the capital.  I pray to the Lord to not have to travel there to work, because Caguas is just 25 minutes from the capital, but at the mornings jam it get 1:35 to 2:00 hrs to get there.  It is terrible really.

sometimes it takes 4 hours to commute
