Hi! I like these recipes, they are all new to me. Didn't know there was a Russian tea, all I knew was the white russian drink you do with Kalhua. I'm from Miami, so I enjoy Mojito which is made like a lemonade but substitute lime for lemon and before you add the water, crush some mint with sugar, add some white Bacardi rum, fresh squeezed lime juice, crushed ice, then add cold water, (some people like it with club soda), very refreshing and nice. Oh very important! Be easy on the rum, you might get a little too happy!
I love music, dancing, I like the beach, reading a good book, make new friends and learn new things.

I have a couple of recipes for energy drinks and also a tea that's loved by millions of people in South Africa.

Energy Smoothie

In a large blender cup add 2 or 3 slices of melon

(I like honey dew and cantalope)

a whole orange

2 bananas

a cup of ice

and about a cup of white grape juice

Add three ounces of Vibe

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into four tall glasses and enjoy with friends:)

South African Style Roibos Tea

You'll need the real thing for this one.

You can buy roibos by Lipton but if you really want

the best, type in search and buy it online.

It's a red tea and has awesome antixident properties.

Get the loose leaf if you can and let it steep in boiling water

for five minutes. Pour into a tall mugs and add malted milk and

honey for the South African way of drinking. It's delicious and

good for breathing and helps give you lots of energy without caffeine.

DID YOU KNOW? The U.S. Social Security Board reports that 85 out of 100 Americans reaching age 65 don't possess as much as $250. And only 2% are self-sustaining (the rest dependent on family, church, or the government)! Want to know what the "2-percenters" know that you don't? www.sfi4.com/11579740/FREE
