Someone asked me recently if I dream in color or black and white or in descriptions. Descriptions? I didn't know anyone dreams in "descriptions." Did you?
As I fall asleep at night I usually see something like film strips with little scenes of people I don't know, and they are having conversations about things I don't understand. I usually just skip from scene to scene and I am not IN the scenes and the people are not aware of me. It is as if I am watching a movie, only the screen is very small.
When I actually have a "dream," it is in color and I am IN the movie and everyone there knows I am there and we all interact. It is as if I am having an experience just as I do when I am awake, but of course I am sleeping.
