Hi Kathy,
If I'm not mistaken, before the FREE Vacation vouchers are issued, the recipient has to fill out a form with all types of questions. The most important question would be income. I won a trip to Florida once, and basically it was to find prospects to buy property at a new development that had just been started. I did write out a deposit check, but immediately called my bank to have a Stop Payment order put on the check. This was because I noticed that the development was being built by filling in a swamp, plus I knew that I could not afford the payment. The invitation stated that we would be eating at the Famous Fontaun Blue' Hotel. I know I spelled that wrong. We did eat a meal there, however the itenerary failed to mention where we would be eating. Tables and chairs were set up for us by the loading dock at the back of the kitchen. That didn't bother me much because I was close to the coffee pot. I have wondered about these Free Vacation vouchers myself, but I feel that the people that do receive them will spend much more on the freebies (You usually have to provide your own transportation and lodging and gratuities are not included) which can run into quite a bit of money. If it is free, you usually get your money's worth.
Thank You
Mike
