Yes, I have gotten bombarded with this offer as well over the past several weeks. What I can tell you from personal experience having owned a travel agency many years ago, the likelyhood that you will ever get to use one of these vouchers when you want it is remote. That is the nature of these offers, they come from aggregators, or bulk wholesalers in layman terms and are always for off peak times.
As far as offering someone something for free, yes, I used free trips as incentives and it did work, but that was over ten years ago when it was new incentive, and it was a real value, but with so many of these vouchers given out, most people now know they are worthless. Best advice is to try and use one yourself, most will have some kind of registration fee, or redemption fee, so before I would offer anything, I would want to try it first to save you from any potential ill feelings. I can tell you this, in the travel industry, with so many cancellations, flight delays, overbooking, etc. there is nothing worse than having a customer who has their vacations ruined. (g)
