Hi Kathy, The most important thing after knowing when and where to start is knowing when and why to stop. As they approach the end some speakers say "finally" and they finalize in a timely fashion. Others say "lastly" and they last, and they last, and what might have been a good presentation is spoiled by not knowing when to stop. Wayne
