Hello Florence, I am not sure by what you mean its not national,hello, it really does not matter if its national or not what the concern is getting these women to be able to stay over night in a hospital for the rest and protection they need.my goodness national state ,it has to start somewhere I can not believe you would not sign it for godsake,its for the women.
