HI KATH Great article my friend. WOW, you work so hard in this community and you should be praised soon for doing so much to help others. This is something that all should read and listen to. Initially most people get all hyped about joining and doing something great with whatever they join, but soon fall way short of their intentions. Good post kathy. Hi Kathly How ture that statement is about People Being lazy and such. But that's only a small amount of them and you have to just take the bad with the good and build the bridge over the bad. you can't always prejudge what people will do once they get the help to get going. There are a lot of folks that have had the rug pulled out from under them once they got things rolling, and in todays fast moving world people must realize that at times they have to make changes in the way they do things and make changes and trust again and again. not all changes and companys starting up are bad and risky. Fredie.
