This forum is fun, exciting, and is a much needed addition to the AdlandPro community because we are featuring many great and caring people that may otherwise go unnoticed. That is why our forum is a little different than other ones here at Adland that honor members of our community.
Our forum features a member of the AdlandPro community each week who is truly a bright and shining *STAR*. It is a person that may not necessarily be a "high-profile" person per say, but rather someone that is not only a great friend to many, but also has a good heart and truly cares about others.

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:
1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.
2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.
3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.
4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example
5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work
So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. We will be helping to get people recognized that should be *A Star.* All nominations must be in by Saturday and you please tell us why you believe the person deserves to be recognized.

The Meaning of The Name NIRMALA:
The name NIRMALA – pl. Nirmali
Nirmala is an Indian name meaning “pure”.
The legend
The so-called “pure ones” were a class of scholars started by Guru Gobind Singh. Traditional understanding has it that the tenth guru sent a group of scholars to study Sanskrit and the Vedas to be better equipped to interpret the writings of the gurus, which make frequent allusions to Hindu mythology and sacred texts. Nirmali wear white or saffron robes. Their ideal is celibacy and vegetarianism.

Here is NIRMALA'S Bio:
Since I have not heard from Nirmala to give us a bio about herself I have written this about her from what I know about her;
Nirmala is approximately 57 years old and lives in Baltimore Maryland. Nirmala is a very religious woman and practices her faith in many ways. She helps out the elderly by doing Nursing Home Ministry, she loves to sing hymns and play the piano. Not only is she a religious woman, but she is a wonderful person. She is kind, considerate, always wanting to help others, and a true friend.
Nirmala is also an avid collector of sports cards, postcards, coins and stamps. These are just a few of her hobbies.
Nirmala has a website called "At His Service" which promotes Adland and Bogdan's e-book. She is also a member of "WOSAT" and is affiliated with "Custom Built Homes"
She has 2 forums going and is active in 11, she also has 472 friends on her friends list presently.

I am glad to be here in this active community! I am interested in learning the internet biz, and what it has to offer me, and do my part to help to flourish and nourish it. I figured if I need any help, I can learn from the experts.
Well although I enrolled in 2004, I did not take active part until Sep`05,
I just realized the importance of this community.
It has been four days Oct 1st`05. I have made some progress,and a long way to go.
Oct10th I have made 100 friends, Oct18th-150, Oct 22nd-200, Oct 27th-250, Nov 1st-300.
Nov 11th, God has Blessed me with 350 Friends!
