Good topic! I think my weekly planner is a way to start organizing myself. I tend to try to do too much and then end up frustrated! I've also found that I get more done if I walk away from the desk once in awhile! Fatigue causes me to make mistakes, which in turn makes me spend more time, which makes me not reach my goal for the day.
There definitely needs to be a plan, like everyone else has said, and prioritizing is also a must!
