Yes, that is true in most cases, but I see it as how one was brought up and how we treat others is the best way to deal with this issue. Bogdan, There are those that refuse to let upper management spoil their positive attitude. Yes, upper management may treat them unfairly, but they are positive that they can go to work for another company. When you let upper management know you are not working for them because you have to, upper management has a tendency to review their actions and make a management decision to at least treat you with more respect.
