Several years back when I was Vice President Of Operations for Naegele Outdoor Advertising, I had a lot of " problems" to deal with. One of them was that some of my employees made a habit of always telling me what they thought was wrong all the time. I solved this problem without ever speaking a word. That little statement solved more problems than nearly anything else that I have ever done.
