Hi Bogdan, Thank you for your inspirations. I couldn't agree more. The old saying of "Understand before being Understood" comes to mind. This requires the ability to listen, don't think of a response while the person is talking, and hear what is not being said as well as what is being verbalized. This process requires patience. Something mother nature did not give to teens with driving licenses! Immaturity and inexperience are the two most deadly reasons why teens get into traffic accidents each year. Over 3500 deaths each year. More than the reported deaths on 9/11 and more than the number of soldiers that have died in the ongoing Iraq war. Brings into perspective if our teens are actually driving in a "war zone"! Please help us in our efforts to keep teen drivers safe this summer. "Active listening" means hearing what the person is saying, and totally comprehending, without thinking about anything else, like what you are going to answer. When the person is through talking wait a couple of seconds before answering. You will be effectively communicating using this method. This is a very effect recruiting method. If you don't know a person's reason for wanting your nutrition or program you will NEVER get them to join you in business. Feedback anyone? Would love to hear from you on this. Joan, I couldn't agree with you more. "Pushing" a product before you have ascertained that your prospective client has a need or a desire for a product like yours is wasted time and effort. Listen closely to what your prospect says and see if your product can feel his/her needs... THAT is the only way to make a happy customer out of a prospect. Which is why all this spamming doesn't work anyway!! Amalia
