And let's not forget the other famous saying "the word is mightier than the sword".
I have made my living with my pen, pencil or computer keyboard all my life. Words for me are not only mighty, they are what life is all about. The idea is communicated via words... the action can then be taken to realize that idea by the recipient of the communication.
Effective communication is one of the best weapons people can have in their arsenal.
