	Larry, You must have been absent that day in elementary school. I have no idea what the color of the ceiling in your apartment is. Based on context, I'd guess it's white--i.e., there is no color. Why are you staring at your ceiling, anyway? Cheri

	Hi Cheri apparently I was absent cause my ceiling in my apartment is WHITE and if there is no such color as WHITE what color is it?

	Hi Larry, I think Cheri was saying white is actually the absence of color, but we refer to it as white. Of course there are tons of shades of white, just look at the paint swatch samples at the paint store. It isn't a simple thing to match white paint to what is already on your walls or ceiling. DonnaZ
