PayPal seems to be the target recently. Thanks for your tip.
For several weeks I had a similar experience with receiving e-mails from apparently legitimate PayPal sources.
In my case the PayPal mail, logos and the whole 9 yards looked official, requested me or rather insisted that I go to a link provided to update my records.
I know that PayPal, among other legitimate financial institutions, do not conduct business that way.
Being one that folders every link related to business in it own title of business, I forwarded the entire bogus e-mail to PayPal.
Their direct link is Spam@paypal.com.
The problem ended nearly as quickly as it appeared. Hope this helps someone.
