Spanish is supposed to be soon mandatory in US schools, it already is in lots of east and west coast districts. It's not that difficult, Rich. All you really need to know is "Donde esta el bano?" Where is the bathroom?

Kathleen, I have it on good authority from a friend who spent a couple of months in Mexico that the most necessary Spanish phrase is 'Dos cervezas, por favor!' (TWO beers, please.) THEN you need the other one. Cheri
