Hello Kathy, I do not think one place can have all the answers I do beleive that relationship marketing definately has an edge to it. Also I beleive that giving your customers something unique to differentuate a service can be practical if alot of competition. I think starting a newsletter or enzine is a wise step even if you share what others have said. Honesty has always meant alot to me with other networkers and being a real person. I definately think there is value in making your own site even if its affiliate marketing you just have more control, you can capture your emails etc.... this list goes on and on. Many can be put off by a marketer that is not willing to put forms of contact on their site. Depending on your Niche online does depend on your marketing tactics.
