Did you know that we have as many as 90,000 thoughts that pass through our brains on a daily basis? That is amazing, right? Most of those thoughts though are the same ones, going over and over through our minds. The problem is, if the majority of our thoughts are negative, repetition will make them seem like truth.
I have some good news for you though! If we have the ability to make ourselves believe negative thoughts about ourselves, then we also have the ability to reprogram our thinking to believe in positive thoughts. Makes sense, right?
As you go through your day, focus on the chatter that is going on inside your head. If you don't like what you are hearing, stop, and consciously think about a much brighter and more positive thought. As you become aware of your thoughts, it will become easier and easier for you to reprogram yourself to think in positive ways that will serve you better.
Give it a try! It really does work, and in no time you will have your mind reprogrammed to think positive and more healthier thoughts.
