Words of wisdom you got Marilyn! Infact i should always remind myself to pay attention as how i listen. It is really not easy to give others the first positon to speak and just listen. One has to be humble and let others speak. A good listener can easily sooth the wounds of others. It is a quality on has to develope. Wether we read or discuss we should try to be a good listener.
