Bogdan, I heard a wise man say, that it is also a great help if you choose to build on solid rock. Here in Texas we have that gumbo and just about every building has foundation problems. Those that go down to solid rock never have cracks in their foundation. It would be nice if people learned how to build their business with rock solid companies.
