I think it is a good idea to send this to your daughter, but if she works in an office that has alot of negativity in it as you say, I think I would advise her to look for another job. All that negative energy around her is no good for her, it is very difficult to keep a positive attitude around alot of negative people. HI Hortense, I couldn't agree with you more. When I was a manager I was the exact same way with my subordinates, and I never used anyone as a stepladder to get where I got!
