Thank you all for your kind words and prayers.
My daughter,Carolyn,who passed on to her new home in Heaven is now at peace and out of pain. She had a hard struggle with cancer, but had a positive attitude to the end that she was in the hands of her Lord and Saviour. She did not want to go, but knew that whatever was in God's plan was the best for her. She was in much pain at the end, but knew her destination and was ready to go.
She longed for others to have that same peace. She did not want a traditional funeral service, but a praise service of the blessings in her life and the forward journey to her new home in heaven. This...we did as she requested.
We often wonder how people live when not knowing the hereafter. It is such peace to have that assurance.
Again, we thank each of you for your thoughts and prayers. It is so great to have so many friends. I wish I could answer each one of your entries in the forum that Kathy so graciously opened to you.
