Hi, David I'm going to have to look into this whole detox question more...haven't got much background in it. I'll visit your website. For now, I've got my feet in a nice warm massaging footbath (no Epsom salts today, as I have to go find some). Since I'm computer-bound most days, maybe I can make this a constant habit. Sure feels good! Can't imagine why I put this thing away and haven't used it for a couple of years. Cheri PS, having very good results with my vinegar cocktail made with agave nectar. Adding that and changing my eating habits to use more fresh vegetables, less protein and high-glycemic foods, and more meals a day with fewer calories in each meal has taken off six pounds in 2 and a half weeks. I've added some walking as well, but not as much as I should.
