Hi folks! ============================== It's not *just* her. ============================== To me, I think perhaps this one brief statment is perhaps one of the most important and overlooked aspects to being successful that I've read in this thread so far (of course all other points are valid as well). I think you can have all the talent and motivation in the world, but until you know how to promote that talent its basically worthless to you except on a personal basis. I beleive there's no better way of learning to do that than finding people who have the talent you lack in and working together.
