While we're at it, let's not forget body clutter...aches and pains that don't serve us, excess fat, too much sugar, etc.
A while back I discovered a website for people with perfectionist syndrome. You know it, probably. "I can't do it right, so I won't do it at all." The website is at http://www.flylady.com. Very cute, tons of tips, and a real help for one-track-mind perfectionists like me.
You can use the principles for everything. I fell off the routine last fall around vacation time, but am getting back into it with spring-cleaning fever, lol.
