Passion is what drives us in all things, good and bad.
The greatest leaders everywhere possess tremendous passion, and that it why, for good, or ill, people follow them.
Martin Luther King Jr. had passion for civil rights.
Adolf Hitler had passion for a master race.
No matter what your passion, if you express it, people will follow you.
Who holds your attention longer?
One who is obviously reading from a phone script, or the person who is telling how excited they are by what they are sharing with you? Someone who speaks in a monotone, or someone who is animated in their speech?
Give people your passion, and they will give you their attention.
