hi kathy, i've joined somethings that would have been great. thing is,the upline people would be unreachable and the people i got in didn't want to work, even when i did have the right answers for them. you need people who will worth with you both above and bellow you, and you need the drive to keep at it. nan

Hello Hans, even though you say keep it simple you must have a repore with your downline and they need to know you will be there if needed.,Communication is the key factor here,we will all try are best at something when we are praised for our actions, but if you only get negitive feed back do you really think you will be effective? not hardly!!!So be encouraging, check in with your down lines once a week it will make a big difference, set up a pow wow with your downline see what others are thinking or feeling, see where there is help needed,it does work!!!
