Re: Stigma and discrimination exposed in our own community

Thank you Marilyn and Lisa for what you are both doing in lending support to a positive outcome in this matter. We have all worked hard at making this the best community on the Web and it would be a shame to tarnish it's image with conduct unbefitting that of leaders. Good night my friends. John

Hello Bill, I'll tell you one thing Bill, I've learned my lesson about trying to discuss religion or politics which we were trying to do both at the same time. It's bad enough trying to discuss one let alone the two at the same time. I removed the topics from my list of topics to be discussed because it's just not worth losing friends over it. Take care and goodnight! 8) JOHN

Hello Again John For as long as we have known each other here in Adland, we have always been friends. I see no reason not to continue that friendship. I truly hope that we haven't offended our other friends with our antics here. As far as my discussion topics go, I think I will concentrate, like I used to, on my mental health advocacy work. It really is a full time job in itself and I really do need all the help I can get. Particularly with issues involving autism. I will never get side tracked again to the point of neglecting my advocacy work. I will probably keep one political forum going but more as an update forum rather than a debate forum. I still feel that it is very important that we do get to the truth in any issue but I now feel that it is much less important to convince others of what I believe the truth to be. Thank you Adland, for your patience and understanding. Good night to you too John but, I'll keep a light on for you. LOL May a smile follow you to sleep each night ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and be ther waiting, when you awaken.
